Have you been a registered member for 60 days or more?
Is your member account clear of warnings or infractions?
Are you dedicated, trustworthy, and a frequent daily visitor and poster?
Would you like to make a positive impact on the doula community as a whole?

If your answers to the above questions are all YES, then we are looking for you! The new AllDoulas is about to be launched in just a couple short weeks and we need your help! AllDoulas has many volunteer positions currently available:

• Forum Leader (Several Positions Available)
  • Minimum 3 month commitment
  • Oversee the daily operation of a specific forum, engage in member discussions, create thought-provoking threads, facilitate forum activities (possibly games, swaps, etc.), stick, lock, move, copy, edit, and delete threads and posts as necessary and as specified by AllDoulas Community Guidelines and staff policies
• Super Moderator (Several Positions Available)
  • Minimum 6 month commitment
  • Oversee the daily operation of a category of forums and manage the Leaders that run those forums. Ensure the forums are being run smoothly, engage in discussions, stick, lock, move, copy, edit, and delete threads and posts as necessary and as specified by AllDoulas Community Guidelines and staff policies, and bring urgent and important forum issues to the attention of the Administration.
• Forum Technical Support (2 Positions Available)
  • Minimum 3 month commitment
  • Answer emails and PMs that are forwarded to you by AllDoulas Administration. Will include issues such as guests having trouble registering, members having trouble logging in, navigating the website, posting, accessing certain pages, issues with chat software, and so on.
  • Training is provided if you are willing to learn.
• Live Chat Support (3 Positions Available)
  • Minimum 3 month commitment
  • Log into our Live Chat software on pre-determined scheduled times to answer new member questions and solve technical problems.
  • Training on the technical issues and how to use the live chat software is provided if you are willing to learn
• Webpage Editor and Content Creator (1 Position Available)
  • Minimum 6 month commitment
  • Knowldge of HTML is preferred, but not required since most of our pages can be created with a "post-like" editing interface
  • Create, edit, maintain webpages on our site such as the Club Member Benefits page, Why Register, Promoting AllDoulas, Help Using AllDoulas, Reviews Portal, Community Guidelines, etc.

5. Have you ever participated on a moderator or staff level in an online community before? If so, for how long and what were your duties?
6. Are you easily able to put aside personal feelings in order to handle an issue professionally?
7. What's your relation to the birth industry? (Doula, CBE, Midwife, etc.)
8. Please describe why you would make an excellent addition to the staff here at AllDoulas.com! You may also want to list any leadership experience (not necessarily training) or situations you have handled. Please note, as a staff member you will be expected to know and follow the Community Guidelines and to ensure our members are following them as well. Make sure you are comfortable enforcing those rules and feel free to comment on them here. Most of all, tell us of your best qualities and why we'd be privileged to have you on our staff!
