After my last birth (last Tuesday), I swore I'd wait until this summer before seeking more clients. Being on call, then being away for more than a day at a time, has been hard on my husband and kids.

But... I'm ready for another birth NOW!

I was just walking around my house doing some general chores, thinking, man I wish there was a birth to go to soon. I need a fix! There are some "doula nights" coming up at some of the local hospitals. I think I'm gonna go and meet some mommies-to-be!

Yep, I'm the same way. I swore I wouldn't take any clients while pregnant and I've attended 3 births so far during this preg. I just can't help it. I like Doula-ing!
