My name is Alexandria (bet you guessed that from my name Doula.Alexandria)

I'm a 26 year old SAHM to 4 (Xavier~8, Joseph~6, Alycia~18 months and Matthew~7 months) We live in Lyons Illinois.

I am becoming a Birth Doula through CAPPA ... I have always LOVED the whole pregnancy and birth process. A few years ago I heard of a Doula for the first and I was amazed there was something like that out there and sat on it for awhile and finally decided I was ready and started my training. I am looking for my first mommy and can't wait to attend a birth besides my own. (I

Welcome!! This is a GREAT site for information and support from fellow doulas!!! Search the archives, there are great tips for marketing yourself and finding mamas. good luck!

Alexandria!

I'm Lori, and I'm a CAPPA Certified Labor Doula. I've been a doula for 3 years and am gearing up to go to my 12th birth. I'm happily married to my dh of 19 years, and we have two teenaged boys. We live in Ohio and are soooooo happy to see Spring finally arriving!

It's nice to "meet" you! I really think that you will love this site...but be forewarned....this place is addictive!!!

Seriously, it is a wonderful site; Tiffany, the creator/administrator of Alldoulas is just great, and we all just love her. Enjoy looking around and then jump in on a discussion or start a new topic if you'd like!

I look forward to reading more of you posts!

P.S. If you haven't discovered it yet, you'll soon find that I tend to ramble a lot in my posts...I try not to, but I can't help it!
