Talking I Bought a Dehydrator!!!

So I was just belly-aching to dh about all that I am trying to get done in the next couple of weeks before this baby arrives and in case he comes early (I just had what I think could have been part of my mucus plug and it was blood-tinged :bohoo) and was telling him that I still didn't even have a dehydrator....he said, "Go ahead and buy it." REALLY? SWEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!! So I did! I've been checking in on ebay multiple times a week and just ordered one for $105 and free shipping It's a brand new, in the box 4 tray excalibur....did I do ok? Please say I did ok!!!

Cool! (Yes, you did okay!)

I haven't gotten a dehydrator yet, but I got a cool coffee/spice grinder with a removable cup and blade assembly so I can sterilize it or put it in the dishwasher. And I have a client for December!

I'm looking forward to hearing how yours goes.

I have a Magic Bullet; you can find these anywhere, target, wally-world, bed bath and beyond, etc...

I tried a $15 generic coffee grinder... it broke 1st placenta, so I spent the $50.

potentially helpful hint: if you actually order the magic bullet from the tv add, you can get a 2 fer 1 offer - at least last time i watched really really late night info-mercials.

currently i use a kitchen aid coffee grinder (blade, cup and lid separate from base for easy cleaning!) from target on sale for $25ish!

Cuisinart makes them, as does Kitchen Aid. I got the Cuisinart spice grinder which was more expensive that a conventional coffee grinder but less than a Magic Bullet. I got this one:
