No, but one of the women I recently met was... I think she said she certified through them in 1998 (?)... Mostly, I was really interested in looking at the history of Postpartum Doulas, organisations here in the USA, and such. 
Being such a birth junky, almost everything is interesting to me, hehe! 
As far as I can tell, there's no way for me to trace them online, and their last listed number is out of service... It's just a shame that an organisation that was around for so long just dissolved and broke up.
