PP Doula Forms

Hi Ladies! I finally got some PP work and realized I don't have any forms or sample forms for my PP jobs. I tried a search and nothing came up and I looked in resources and there was nada there too. So do any of you have a sample you'd like to share? It would be cool if we added a few diferent styles to the resources section. What do you think???

I'm busy, busy, busy, the next few days but I'm sure I'll be checking in when I can. You know how us AllDoula junkies are

Dear Jill,
I just got a faboulous cd-rom from Birthsource it is in our reference section I think. And the pp one is great with lots of forms, contract ideas, a sheet for duties that the doula is going to do, & financial form to track of taxes. Also a there is a press release to help announce your services. Anyway I have really found them a valuable asset to my buisness. Hope this helps....

Rachel, are they very pricey? I'm working on a shoestring budget here. The family I'm doing night care for this week is no big deal, but from now on I want all my stuff in writing. It's going on my "to do" list.

I too purchased Postpartum Doula Office from birthsource.com It is AMAZING! I think it was around $30 which was well worth it to me. I had no idea what to use/make for forms, they took all the guesswork out.

Does this program have accounting forms too? Do they have a package for birth and PP stuff?

They have a separate package for birth doulas called Birth Doula Office. I haven't seen it, as I only do postpartum doula and lactation, but I have a friend that has it and is happy with it. It includes everything. The owners of the site are really nice and their contact email is on the website if you have more questions. It includes handouts for parents, invoices/receipts, income statements, contracts, press releases, etc etc It is wonderful for any new doula to have. I have no financial interests in the company just like to promote a good product.
