Going to my training

We (me, my DH, and my 19 month old son) leave Thursday for my Postpartum training in Seattle (8 hours by car). The training is two weekends in a row so, rather than subject my son to four 8 hour car rides (can't go by myself because he is still nursing), we decided to make a vacation of it and go and visit some friends in Bellingham in the middle of the week. I have been looking forward to this training for months now and am very excited!

I have been busy trying to get organized and get my business. This site has been a lifesaver with so much useful information and the occasional good laugh (I've really needed that!).

Thanks everyone so much for just being here. I'll write when I get back!

The training is with the Seattle Midwifery School. It was the closest one to Missoula I could find! The vacation is very needed. My son was born nine months after our wedding day and we had no honeymoon, so a vacation of any sort is long overdue!
