Looking for PPD in Texas

Hi...below is a email I received ..if any one can help please let me know. -Susan

"Hi,
I've had a friend of mine from a military base in Texas request information on postpartum doula services for a military family that just had a baby last week. Unfortunately, that family is also being moved by the military to Idaho or Wyoming after Thanksgiving (not so good timing for new mom & baby obviously).
The new mom's family (in-laws and grandparents) is trying to find out whether there are postpartum doula services available for military families through some organization? The family is interested in helping to pay for this service by purchasing gift certificates or however they can help. I've referred my friend to the DONA website to see if there are any certified PPDs working in those states but it seemed like there was an organization discussed via this email group awhile back that provided birth doula services to military families? I wondered if anyone still had that info - that org might be a good place to ask about uncertified PPDs in the northern states as well.
If anyone has any other suggestions for this family to help them get hooked up with the help they most certainly are going to need, please let me know. You can either reply to the group email or to my email personally."
