Off the top of my head:

• BirthArts (also offers distance learning).
• MaternityWise.
• BirthWorks.
• The Doula School.
• Seattle Midwifery School (NAPS and DONA approved).
• The Nurturing Place.
• Motherlove.

There are a bunch more (many many independent trainings). Some offer distance learning, some require you to attend hands-on workshops, and some are approved trainings for some of the bigger organisations.
