Question DONA PPD trainers... did you love yours?

I live in Seattle but I kinda want to go somewhere other than Seattle Midwifery School to take postpartum doula training. I'm looking for suggestions for other places even if they are out of state. Did you looooove your trainer? Please reply with your infomercial below! LOL Thanks

PS: website links help alot too!

I have never taken a pp doula training through DONA yet, but I can recommend a trainer in general. Ann Grauer is awesome!!! She is my boss, and also a PP doula trainer. I plan on taking one of her trainings in the future (hopefully sometime this year).

I took Ann Graur's training in Boston,MA in 2004 and can't speak highly enough about it! It was amazing. I know Susan Martensen and Jackie Kelleher as well although I haven't taken their trainings personally I am sure that they are very good trainers and wouldn't hesitate to take anything they are offering as well. Here is the list of current trainings, it is updated regularly so keep checking back. http://www.dona.org/workshops/worksh...ype=1&x=29&y=8

I have done DONA PPD training with Susan Martensen, and would recommend her. I believe she is coming to PDX twice a year. It'd be out of state for you, but not too far.
