Norfolk VA Help needed

Does anyone know a PP Doula and/or a Lactation
consultant in the the Norfolk, VA area?

I know of a possible paying client that has a 3 week
old, under weight, weak and possible preemie and is
having trouble breastfeeding. She is determined to
breastfeed in spite of lack of support from her hubby
and her doctor. She could use some help.
