Postpartum visits

I have been reading the prenatal/postpartum visit thread thoroughly (and taking notes) but I was wondering specifically about partpartum visits. Do you have any set agenda or is it just letting the parents talk and answering questions. I have been so busy getting ready for this client (prenatal visits, contract etc) I have not even given any thought to after the fact. I just assumed they would take the lead.

I have it as an unformal meeting where we talk about the birth, the baby, how the new family is doing. We talk about breastfeeding, how the baby is sleeping, how mom is feeling both physically and emotionally.
