I just got a really nice evaluation!
The head of my doula group receives evaluations from clients of our services. I really was a little nervous about this latest one, the one where the mom was possibly changing her mind about the epidural (the one where the nurse ended up asking if she had 2nd thoughts), and she didn't want any of the comfort measures I suggested, etc. But the review was really positive! She said that all the interaction was "extremely pleasant",
and that the low point of her experience was when she was feeling discouraged and in pain -- and then she added that "Karen sweetly let me cry on her shoulder." 
Thanks for letting me toot my own horn... DH is getting tired of hearing me brag!
