Positive Client Evaluation

I have just begun asking my clients to complete an evaluation of my services after the birth. I don't know why I never did this before.

I just received an evaluation from my January client today. Since she's allowed me to share her comments on my website, I'm sure it is okay to share them here.

Some of what she wrote:
"I was very pleased with Yvonne's support. She took the care to learn what was important to me in labor. She provided the reassurance I needed that things were progressing fine...this allowed me to let go of my inner resistance and let my body progress in labor...I would have a doula again!"
"I also appreciated the pre-labor education opportunity and the ability to call so often to figure things out during my pre-labor contractions. Thank you!"


There was more as she went into what her previous labors were like and what her expectations of doula support would be.

Overall, I'm very pleased with what she wrote!

Thanks for sharing Yvonne. I still ask for evaluations because it helps me know where I can improve and if I've actually served that client well. You were a wonderful doula for her!

Great.. I usually try to get evealuations. It does help me see where I can improve. Plus i like to read through them when I am feeling down about my job.
