labor priority cards

I used to have these cards but I can't seem to find them since our move and I am meeting with a client tonight.
Does anyone have these that you could scan for me?

They are cards that list choices in childbirth such as
No medication
continuous support
staying home as long as possible
staying mobile in labor
Having a Healthy baby

The clients take away two cards at a time and eventually end up with..........you got it A Healthy Baby.

I tried looking online for these, because they sound really interesting, but couldn't find anything. Can you explain more about them? Are they something you purchased, or did you make them yourself? They sound like a good activity I could possibly use in Childbirth Classes... Are they?

Forceps or Vacuum Extraction/ No Forceps for Vacuum Extraction
Vaginal Birth/Cesarean Birth
Bottle Feeding/Breastfeeding
Breastfeed Right away/Delay breastfeeding
Pain Medications: Narcotics/No Pain Medications
Labor in Hospital Gown/Labor in own clothes
Physiological Pushing: As you feel the urge/Directed Pushing: counting 1-10
Intermittent Fetal Monitoring/Continuous Fetal Monitoring
Pick your care provider/On-Call Care provider
Labor progresses at its own pace/Labor augmented with pitocin
Labor starts on its own/Induction
Early labor: At home/Early labor: hospital
Spontaneous Rupture of Membranes/Amniotomy (AROM)
Eat and Drink/IV
Cord Clamping:Immediately After Birth/Cord Clampingelayed
Skin to Skin: Immediately After Birth/Baby Cleaned up before placing on your chest
Pushing Position: Upright Position/Pushing Position/lying down
Freedome of Movement/Labor in Bed
Labor in Water:Tub or shower/Labor without water
Midwife or Family Practice dr/Obstetrician
Episiotomy/Risk tearing
Begin Labor:Before due date/Begin Labor: After due date

I printed these on color cardstock and laminated them so they would last longer (I happened to have the laminate already at home)

I remember this NOW!! We did this at the CB class I observed and it was really neat.. It does make you think!!

I just printed them up myself...I don't know who sells them but it was easy to make at home. I am one of those people that can't spend money on something I could make! Should I make them up for everyone and sell them??? lol
