Thumbs up Suggestion for meals postpartum

This is pretty close to being considered a trick of the trade. I hand out to all my class participants and doula clients, a sheet of recommended websites. I put a little bit of everything there: pregnancy, natural birth, baby stuff, baby wearing, postpartum, health/exercise, ritual, etc.
This website is a terrific suggestion for families in the postpartum period (or anyone for that matter.) www.thescramble.com You can subscribe monthly or longer to receiving a weekly newsletter that comes with five dinners, recipes, and a grocery list categorized by section of the grocery store!
I tested it out for six months. I saved an average of 42 minutes in the grocery store, walked out with everything I needed and saved tons, tons of money!

http://www.menus4moms.com/ is the one that I use. Free is good. I love that you can pick and choose what meals work good for your family as well. And peruse all the archives.

I use Arcamax (CalorieKing). They do the same thing: send out a free list of healthy recipes every week with the ingredients written out for you at the bottom so you can print it as a shopping list.
