Relaxation Scripts

Does anyone have any scripts for relaxation visualization that they can share?

Especially beach/ocean/waves?

We are trying to find something quickly, my client is due in 3 weeks.

When I am working with a couple I encourage them to come up with their own scripts - ones that are meaningful to them. The reason for it is because they will be able to relax more if they are familiar with the script.

With only 3 weeks until your client's due date, I think I would go with Michelle's suggestion and have your mama write up her own "script" so that she is much more likely to relax to it and the meaningful things she will have included.

Have her partner (if she has one) read it to her each night to help relax her, or have her read it to herself out loud each day as a kind of mantra and to familiarise herself to the sound of the words. If at all possible, it would probably be ideal for you to read it to her as often as you can between now and the time she goes into labour so that she becomes used to the rhythms of your voice.
