Cool I Did It! Bag is Packed

Yippee!!! it feels great to have my doula bag packed and ready to go! Now all I need is for one of my clients (preferably the one due any day now!) to go into labor! It took months to find a bag a liked and thanks to another poster, I found it!

Inside I have:
FOR ME:
Toothbrush/paste
Kashi Granola Bars
Hairbrush, clips, and bobby pins
Camera and Charger
(will have) Phone and charger
Binder with client's confidentiality release and birth plan signed by her dr.
Journal to take notes for her birth story
Pens
Comfort Measures Flip chart I made
The Birth Partner Book
Dr. Newman's Breastfeeding Answers book (I am LOVING this book!)
(will have) change of clothes and jacket or sweatshirt
My purse, of course, with plenty of change for the vending machines
Wearing my stop watch to time contrax

FOR MAMA & HUBBY:
Rebozo
Kneeling pad (*Target has them again for $1 )
Massage tools (2)
Chap Stick (plus extra)
Headband and hair ties
Pump for birth ball (hospital has some and I'll leave mine in the car just in case they're all being used, which I highly doubt! )

Lavender massage oil from the Body Shop (Mmmm )
Peppermint foot soak from the Body Shop (for sniffing, really)
Gum and mints
Hard Candies (candy canes to hold easily, dumdums, and preggie drops)
Pure Honey in packets for a pick-me-up
Kashi Granola Bars for Dad (Mom, too h)
2 Tennis balls
2 Small rice socks
Plastic baggies for ice to make cold compresses in a hurry
Ummm... I think that's it!

Looks like a lot written out here, but I still have room in the bag! I'm posting pics, too! Tell me if I've forgotten something!
Ash
P.S. This bag rolls like a dream!

Great job! Now make sure that all your bottles with gooshie stuff are secured in zip locks in case they get smooshed and their insides end up outside. I had a bottle of hand sanitizer get loose in my bag. Cool thing is it evaporates very quickly, but if it had been oil or lotion, EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

Haha, yeah, I'm an airforce brat and my dad is still a pilot (flies international...must be rough to see all those cool places ), so I'm pretty "trained" to always bag stuff up! My husband thinks I'm totally anal for it, even though he's had some pretty bad messes on trips!

Sounds great. I would add some Emergen C or some other electrolye powder for something to drink.

Yeah, I was thinking about that, and maybe it's b/c I'm , but all that stuff makes my stomache churn. My dr's keep telling me to stay well hydrated (duh ), so I've kept the fridge packed with Propel and I'll just take a couple with me I wouldn't mind more thoughts on snacks for myself, though! I've got granola, but what else? What is there that wouldn't make my breath stank!?!?
