How do I pay my invoice? When you view your pending invoice, scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see a dropdown box and button that says PayPal. Click that to make a payment, do not click the blue link "Click here to pay" in the body of the invoice. That is just a copy of what is originally sent to you via email. You can set up automatic recurring payments by choosing the PayPal - Auto Subscription method, please note you must have a PayPal account for this option. [Top] |

What happens if I can't send payment on time? Please send us an email ASAP to let us know your payment will be late. If you do not, your account WILL be automatically suspended by our billing system 14 days after the due date on your invoice. [Top] |

What happens if my account is suspended? Your files remain on our server, but your email will stop working and your website will no longer be displayed. When visitors go to your website address, they will see an "Account Has Been Suspended" page. To reactivate your account, simply send the payment that is due. We will also require that you prepay for three months at a time to avoid future interruptions in your service. [Top] |

How do I cancel my account? If you are cancelling because you don't know how to do something, please be sure to email your questions to hosting@alldoulas.com because there may be a simple answer. If you are cancelling because you'd like to switch hosting providers, please contact us before you sign up with them, because we may be able to provide you with what the other hosting company is offering. If you need to put running your business on hold, and don't want to pay for your website but don't want to cancel, we may be able to put your account on hold and stop payments until you are ready. This is dependant upon the space we have on the server and demand for accounts at the time. To cancel your account, you MUST submit an email to hosting@alldoulas.com from the email address you have registered on your account, with your domain name, your username, full name and state that you wish to cancel (we would appreciate if you said why as well), approx. ONE WEEK before your next payment is due and CANNOT BE LATER than one day before your invoice due date. If you cancel AFTER the invoice's due date, you will be subject to pay for each day between your invoice's due date and your letter of cancellation. Any outstanding balances on the account MUST be paid in order to close the account. Once we receive your cancellation, your files and hosting account on the server will remain until your payment term is up, and then they are deleted. If you cancel after your invoice's due date and you have a past due balance, your files and hosting account on the server will be deleted but your billing information will remain in our system until you pay the outstanding balance. Frequent automated invoice reminders will continue to be sent until your account is paid, and collection efforts will ensue if payment has still not been received in 60 days. [Top] |
