of a midwive's life. I loved this book. Her client's birth stories were all very unique and varied. It was amazin to read what all Peggy went through. The end of it made me sad learning of the legal issues she went through.

I adore this book... I think I've read it three times and my gma bought me a copy last year. I love it because it's funny, heartbreaking and honest about life as a midwife.

This is one of my all-time favorite "fun reads". I have read this book more times than I can count. Whenever I get discouraged while looking at mountains of homework, I pick up this memoir and remember why I am working my tail off to be a midwife.
