I have a friend...long distance client...who was just diagnosed with this. I found a few websites with explainations about what it is. She looked them up as well but is freaking out because it is all telling her she needs to have surgury. She has had a few MC already and is terrifed she will be forced to do something that will jeopardize this pregnancy. She is only 14 weeks.

which seems to have some real life experiences and solutions that may make her feel a little better until she can see her OB. Have any of you had a client who went through this and are there any suggestions on how she might cope with the pain?

In light of these issues I have offered to see if there are any doulas in her area that may be interested in helping her out. She lives in the
