Hello ladies. I just got a BFP. I am not normally a tea drinker but I'd like to start. What teas are safe during pregnancy? I've done some research but I always find conflicting information. I want it mostly for hydration. I don't have any morning sickness, yet anyway. Which should I stay away from? My only thing is I CANNOT do anything tasting like black licorice. I had some mother milk tea last pregnancy and when I opened the box I about puked, brewed a cup and could never bring myself to drink it. At info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Nettle tea would be my recommendation. Tons of vitamins, minerals, etc. Great overall tonic.

I have tried the red raspberry tea and I like it. But I also seen it is not recommended in early pregnancy.

I am very sensitive to RRL tea so it wouldn't work for me but I've heard how good it is. Congratulations on the BFP!!!!
