Coconut Oil Increases Beneficial Properties in Human Breast Milk by Cory Young
this info has been out for a while but its still relevant. there is always a huge amount of discussion on how to increase milk but not a lot on what moms can do to make the milk they have into super amazing milk. yeah sure, generally all breastmilk is great but not all breastmilk is created equal.
avocado oil is similar to a lot of the beneficial properties of coconut oil discussed in this page. when i was exclusively breastfeeding as well as giving a lot of my excess milk to friends, i would try to eat an avocado a day and oh! i was making some glorious rich milk!

How ironic! Just ten minutes ago I took a teaspoon full of coconut oil. I give some to my kids every day too. I'm starting to learn the beneficial properties of coconut oil and its fascinating!

The mothers in my circle who are Paleo/Primal and WAPF/Traditional Foods followers and therefore eat a lot of saturated fats - from ruminants such as beef, bison and lamb and eggs and especially from pastured animals - have tonnes and tonnes of milk.

For a few years now I have been using coconut oil to add to ingredients, to cook with, and as a skin and hair moisturizer/conditioner. capsiplex
