Does anyone have a separate contract?

We have a Postpartum Contract but nothing specifically for nights. Should we have one for nights?

Would anyone be willing to share?

I suppose it would matter if you have another set of preferences for work you are doing at night? My clients have wanted me to come both during the day and the night depending on how their mood or how much sleep they're getting, so I don't see it practical to have two different contracts. I would just have a section that states if you charge more for a certain time of day and make sure that is clear before a contract is signed..

I read a postpartum doula contract that had sleep/rest arrangements outlined.

We do overnight shifts occasionally.
We have a set 10 hour shift 9PM-7AM it the same hourly rate.

Verbally clarify that you sleep and wake up with the baby to either bring baby to be nursed or you will bottle feed and the mother sleeps, and then you and the baby go back to sleep.

I had a client that misunderstood and thought the doula would be up all night during the overnight shift: cooking, cleaning and doing laundry. And was upset and called me to know why the doula was asking where she could settle in to rest during the night.:scared

I use the same agreement for day or overnight. i charge the same fee as well.
when I visit with a potential clients, I do go over things verbally...
the doula will need a space to sleep (a couch is fine)
baby must either be able to sleep in the same space as the doula or we must be provided with a monitor (I also strongly encourage clients to have babies sleep either near doula or parents due to it lowering the rate of sids)
I explain that our overnight doulas sleep when the baby sleeps, both for her well being and because babies tend to pace their breathing with others in the room. I believe that pacing their breathing to a sleeping adult helps them to develop healthy sleep patterns.
we keep notes of sleep/wake/eating patterns through out the night and I visit with parents at least once a week to go over the notes. I often find that we see things that the parents do not and it helps them learn how to nighttime parent their babies.
