I've been combing the forums to see what students/1st year birth doulas charge for their services. I plan to receive my certification in the next couple of months. I understand it varies by location etc, but I'm looking for a general range. Thank you!

I am just starting out (certifying with CAPPA, hoping to be finished by the end of the year) and I am charging $300. I have been to just one birth so far. If you'd like to check out my blog, I have posted what that $300 covers. Judy Dudley, Wonderfully Made Childbirth Services http://www.wonderfullymadechildbirth.com

Thank you! Since I am operating off donations I suggested a range of $100-$350.
