Do any of you have FAQs on your website? I am debating putting some on mine such as "Why should I hire a doula?". What do you think?

I do. However, I don't have "what is a doula" for the same reason as Angela. I answer who I am and give credentials, explain what they get for their fee, and overcome common objections due to common misconceptions about my services.

I do have a "What does a labor doula do" page because I figured that there would be people who: ..received my business card from someone (my card is too small to explain what a doula is) and doesn't know what a doula is or does, OR ..they are the family of a mother and they have questions about "What is she getting into?" More info is better than not enough. There are too many people out there who don't know what we are or do. And some people may stumble onto our websites by googling "birth" or a similar theme and not "doula". Judy Dudley, Wonderfully Made Childbirth Services http://www.wonderfullymadechildbirth.com

I also have "10 Reasons to Hire a Doula", because some moms (and/or dads) may be on the fence as to why they should pay to have someone there for the birth. When I saw something like this on other websites, I thought it was a good idea, so I wrote one of my own. Judy Dudley http://www.wonderfullymadechildbirth.com

yes, I do have a FAQ page. A lot of women that have wanted a doula don't really know what she does exactly. They have seen in their pregnancy books that it is good to hire one, but don't really know what one does. I also have a link under my fees to a page for what goes into a doulas fee.
My opinion, you can never have too much info about what you do. I also think it clears up a lot before hand...we don't do clinicals, we don't talk to the doctor or make decisions on your behalf, etc.

I do and it covers many things from common questions about my services, to payment, and so on.
