I believe in your innate ability to birth your baby. My role is simply to help you find that strength and power and confidence within yourself. Each woman's journey is different from another, and that is why the best choice for one woman isn't the best choice for another. My role is to help you along your journey to find out what is right for you, discover ways of preparing yourself mentally for the challenges of childbirth, and also by using my training and knowledge in labor comfort measures and the personal experience of my own two labors to help you through your labor and childbirth.
