My training includes Mothering the Mother and A.L.A.C.E. doula training as well as Introduction to Healing Touch.Before my work as a doula, I worked as a breastfeeding counselor at a local WIC clinic. I am currently training to become a prenatal yoga instructor. My experience includes providing labor support to over 165 women and their respective partners in both the home and hospital settings. Support includes waterbirths, VBAC births, medicated & unmedicated births as well as cesarean births. My intention is to honor your unique childbirth experience.
