I am a mom of five beautiful children. I am a DONA trained Doula. I am familiar with many different types of labor management, including Hypno Birthing. I am a former teacher by trade, with a BA in Liberal Studies and a Masters in Instructural Leadership, with an emphasis in Second Language. I love to assist moms of all cultures with birthing.

At BirthingZEN, it is our view that birthing can be a positive, peaceful, empowering experience, no matter where your birth takes place. It is our mission to provide support to facilitate a positive birthing experience for you, your partner and your baby. We provide services on a sliding scale and believe that everyone, regardless of income or circumstance, deserves the experience described above. We also specialize in c-section or high risk births that are planned in advance. Births that require medical intervention can be and deserve to be Zen for Moms, Dads & their babies, too!
