My name is Sheila, and I live in Chilliwack. I am a doula because I feel strongly about women having great births. As a woman and mother, I know how important a normal birth is for both mother and baby, physically as well as emotionally.

My training includes Wise Woman Way of Birth doula course, and the Vancouver Midwifery Study Group.
