Hello!
I am a Birth Attendant serving women and families in St. John's, Newfoundland through their birthing journeys. My goal as your birth attendant is to fully support you, physically and emotionally while you take control of your birth at home. I will offer my guidance and knowledge is an open manner, allowing you and your partner to make this birth yours. For some I am a shadow in the room, just having me aware and present is enough, for others I am hands on the entire time. My role is unique to each family, and each hour.

My role postpartum is to help clear the birth space, prepare a healthy meal for family and tuck you all in bed to begin bonding. I will toss on some laundry and drain the pool if you have one. I will offer breastfeeding support if needed. I will take out your dog, or bath your other children if needed. Whatever is needed to ensure that this bonding time is exactly what you want it to be.

I also offer placenta encapsulation, prints and photos. Photography during pregnancy and beyond, reiki sessions and babywearing demos/workshops.

My focus is to support women through their choice to have a simple unassisted home birth in St. John's, Newfoundland where there is currently very little support.
