Too wordy for me. I mean no offense of course Maybe, if you made the section headers one font size larger, and made the explanatory text a litter dimmer, so it blends into the background a bit more? And I would also change the text around a bit. Make it so the "wow I didn't know that!" facts stick out. Things that pregnant women who don't know what doulas are would find most interesting and make them most likely to hire you. eg. instead of saying "labors are 25% shorter" write "25% of women have shorter labors" and make the "shorter labors" stick out.

to add to the above, the statistics are outdated and no longer valid.

Yep: Findings of Hodnett’s et al meta-analysis of 15 trials from N. America, Europe, and Africa(10) Women cared for during labor by a birth doula, compared to those receiving usual care were 26% less likely to give birth by cesarean section 41% less likely to give birth with a vacuum extractor or forceps 28% less likely to use any analgesia or anesthesia 33% less likely to be dissatisfied or negatively rate their birth experience http://www.dona.org/publications/positi ... birth.php#A lot of doulas don't realize that there are more recent stats. Some dont want to use them because they aren't as good as the old ones. My philosophy is honesty in advertising. I want my clients to trust that I will give them the most valid, recent and relevant info. I can't do that if I use outdated stats to make myself look more marketable.

I hope you don't mind, but I just stole your idea I put my own wording in, but used yours as a bit of a template to refer back to... I'm on my iPad so I can't put a photo but they look pretty awesome if you ask me

anyway, what matters isn't the stats or interventions, but that the mom and new family feel supported all along their journey and able to make informed decisions (or even un-informed decisions, if they chose so, following blindly their care provider's lead) and be at peace with their birthing experience, no matter how it turns out.
