I have chosen My Doula Mom as my business name because I am a little more mature choronlogically than many of the doulas I meet. (Although, I am still younger than Penny Simkin I decided on this course of career after attending the births of my grandchildren. This has been so fulfilling that I am now on the path to become a childbirth educator.
My clients come from Whidbey Island, South Seattle/Renton, and occasionally I will take a client from Snohomish county.
Becoming part of the "childbirth scene" is a wonderful journey. I am meeting people in person and on this website that are amazing in their differences and in their support of women having babies. Thank you all for what you are doing!
