How many of you use contracts for your clients and what are your cancellation policies? Do you just have one strict policy or is it more of a case by case sort of thing?

i always use contracts for both labor and postpartum...
we require payment by the prenatal visit...deposit on signing, which is non-refundable....
if they cancel, they lose their deposit... if they cancel after payment is made in full usually by 36 weeks, that is non-refundable....
