Other than adding the Christian Childbirth education series, is this a complete list of choices for CBE? I'm quite tired of looking online, and trying to find one that fits my ideals. I've already written my own, and even though none of the nurses who teach are certified (or even L&D nurses, but I digress), I'm finding it hard to have mommas take me seriously.
Side note: is the PfB a limiting certification (as in, you can only teach our lesson plan)?

I noticed that Ontario Perinatal School, Hypnobirthing Institute, and Birth Arts International are also not in the list, but it does seem fairly comprehensive otherwise.

I'm planning on certifying with ICEA but I may also do CBI. I didn't realize there were so many other areas to explore such as fatherhood, grief & loss, birth politics, etc. I want to really see as many perspectives as possible.

I'm certifying with Childbirth Internatinol. I think I'm going to do Hypnobabies in the future though, and offer both a general class and then Hypnobabies.

I know this is an old thread, but I want to revive it!
I have interest in becoming a CBE in the near future. I was wondering what some of the reasons were for the people who chose not to certify?

Other ;)

I am a teacher with a local group. The women who founded the company and wrote the classes were certified Bradly instructors, and we use a lot of that, and a good bit of Lamaze type things.

I am certified with this group.
